Sheep at MSU can feel safe under the watchful eyes of Larry (right), Rosie and Fred, the three donkeys assigned to watch the flocks. The donkeys, who instinctively chase away coyotes, wolves and other canines, have been doing their job without the loss of any sheep since 1994.
