AUTTC meeting

The All-University Traffic and Transpor-tation Committee (AUTTC) is holding a public hearing at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 19 in W449 Main Library to discuss matters related to campus traffic and transportation. The meeting will cover topics including north campus traffic review and recommendations, pedestrian and bicycle safety review and recommendations and long-term parking, traffic and transportation planning.

Farewell reception

Delma Smith, administrative assistant to the dean of Human Ecology is leaving after 19 1/2 years to start her own business. A reception in her honor will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Feb. 27 in 9 Human Ecology Building.

Tree identification class

Kellogg Biological Station in Hickory Corners is holding a winter tree identification workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 28. Participants will learn to identify common woodland tree species using buds, bark and tree form characteristics. Cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple.
