Student training

Departments with students participating in off-campus training for credit during spring semester need to send the name, student number and current on-campus hall residence for each student by Dec. 14 to: Tom Koch, Department of University Housing, 190 West Holmes Hall, fax: 432-1470.

ISP awards

International Studies and Programs (ISP) is seeking nominations for the Ralph H. Smuckler Award for Advancing International Studies and Programs, ISP Distinguished International Alumni Award and Glen Taggart Award for Community Contribution to International Understanding. Nomination deadline is Feb. 8. Forms are available from the ISP dean's office, 209 International Center, telephone 355-2350.

Parking office hours

The Department of Police and Public Safety parking office hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 17-21 and 26-28 and Jan. 2-4. The office will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1. Regular hours of 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays resume Jan. 7.

Inventory closing dates

The University Stores stockroom will be closed from noon Dec. 21 through Jan. 2 for annual stock inventory. Phone orders for pick up will be taken during this time, but will not be available until Jan. 2.
